Coronavirus Update (COVID-19)

We wish to advise that due to the current situation relating to COVID-19, we will have suspended all cruise operations up to and including 20 April 2020. This action is being taken in light of the federal government’s advice regarding group gatherings. We will review our status on a fortnightly basis.

Please note:

  • Full refunds will be honoured for all cancellation requests

  • Re-booking for later dates is also an option for our guests, as is converting existing bookings to gift vouchers if guests prefer

  • Our Terminal operating hours have been adjusted to 10AM - 3PM, 7 days a week

Our first priority at the moment is the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests, staff and community. We feel we are in a strong position to help to be part of the effort against the spread of COVID-19 through this action and thank you for your support of our decision.

Relating to general operations post this suspension of service, please note that we conduct our tours to a very high standard of cleanliness and environmental health at Gordon River Cruises. We’ve extended our already high standards and have put a number of additional initiatives in place, for the safety of our guests and staff.

Lastly, we have updated our terms and conditions to ensure all guests for upcoming cruises (applicable to 31 May 2020) have the ability to cancel without penalty.
